Procedure

  1. Open the Cumulative MS Graphic window.
  2. To generate a graphical data for a Level 0 part instead of the default Level 1, click Zero in the Level area.
  3. Populate the Cumulative MS Graphic window. Alternatively, search for a part in the Part No field, along with relevant site. If using a project master scheduled part, search for the part with the relevant PNG.
  4. Right-click and then click Show Graph. The Select Period Range dialog box is opened. If you receive an error message after clicking OK in this dialog box, go to step 6 below.
  5. In the Select Period Range dialog box, check the default period range displayed in the Range Begin Date and Range End Date fields. To change this period range, type the number of the period that you want to use as the period begin number in the Begin Period No field. Then enter the number of the period that you want to use as the period end number in the End Period No field.
  6. Click OK. The system now generates a cumulative MS graph for your specified period range.
  7. If an error message tells you that the period template date does not match the part's last run date, right-click and then click Recalculate Period Template. Click OK to recalculate the template with the correct begin date. Then right-click and click Show Graph again. When the Select Period Range dialog box appears, follow steps 4 and 5 above.
