Use this activity to enter the master scheduling level 1 part. You cannot register the parts with planning method O or T.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the system registers an inventory part which can be used in master scheduling level 1.

Procedure

1. Register and save an inventory part with the value(s) of your choice. If the part was automatically created during the master scheduling level 1 calculation, retrieve it and process it further.
2. Open the Planning Data tab. Enter the planning method of the part in the Planning Method field.
3. Save.
