This activity is used to study project exceptions that occur when the forecasted requirement for a part has been exceeded by the actual demand for it.

1. Open the Project Exceptions window and query for the desired project.
2. Click the Forecast Exceeded tab to view details of instances where part forecast has been exceeded by the actual demand.
