Remove Entire Master Schedule - MS Level 1

Explanation

This activity is used to remove master schedules from a selected MS set for the entire site. This works as a complete bulk delete of master schedules for a certain level 1 MS set in a given site.

Prerequisites

This activity requires you to select only one master schedule set at a time.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, all master schedules connected to the selected MS set will be removed permanently from the MS level 1 part of the selected site.

Remove Entire Master Schedule - MS Level 1

Procedure

1. Open the MS Level 1 Forecast Sets window.
2. Populate the window.
3. Select the MS set which you want to remove all the master schedules for a particular site.
4. Right-click and then click Remove Entire Master Schedule.
5. In the Site field enter the Site ID or use List to select a site.
6. Click OK.
7. All master schedules for the selected MS set in the site will be removed.
8. A message will appear to confirm the number of records to be removed from the particular MS set.
9. Click Yes to remove the dataset. Click No to go back to the MS Level 1 Forecast Sets window.
