Routing

[About Routings] [About Routing Lot Size] [About Operation Overlap] [About Back Office Configuration Rules]

[To Repetitive Planning] [To MFG Standards][To Define CRO Work Scope]

Usage

Use this window to create and maintain routings for parts. A routing can include only machine information, only labor information, or both. It can have an alternate, be serialized, and also have specific tools associated with it. Note: A routing with an outside operation must exist before you can work with an outside work center. Thus IFS/Purchasing must be installed before you can create routings for outside operations.

For the description of each tab in the window, follow the appropriate link: Routings, Routing Serials, Routing Lot Size, Routing Tools, Unit Cost per Alternate, Process FMEAs, Routing MRB.

The Process FMEAs tab is only visible if you have Failure Modes and Effects Analysis installed. The Routing MRB tab is only available if you have Manufacturing Standards installed.
