Report Crew Information

Explanation

This activity is used to report information on the crew that worked a flight. This can be both flight crew and in-flight crew, where in-flight crew refers to any crew member who is not directly involved with flying the aircraft. For each person, the role that he or she had on the flight as well as the amount of time spent on the different types of flight (e.g., instrument flight, night flight, simulator) should be recorded.

Prerequisites

System Effects
