Void Flight

Explanation

This activity is used to void a flight which has been entered incorrectly. Once a flight is voided it is no longer considered as a valid flight.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, a flight with incorrect data must exist in the flight log.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the Voided check box is selected for the flight record. The flight is no longer valid.

Procedure

1. Open the Flight Log window and query (F3) for your flight log number and/or your serial.
2. Click the Flight Info tab and then click the General sub tab.
3. Select the required flight record, right-click, and then click Void Flight. The Void Flight dialog box opens.
4. In the Voiding Information field, enter the reason for voiding the flight.
5. Click OK.
