View Bulletins

Explanation

Use this activity to view valid bulletins entered for a production unit. You can only view bulletin information directly in the Production Unit window if the system date/time is within the given log bulletin duration time. Once the specified time duration has expired for a bulletin, it will be removed from the Bulletin area (in Production Unit) and can thereafter only be found in the event list.

In the Bulletin area you can view bulletin messages, check the validity of a bulletin, and modify a bulletin as per your requirements.

Prerequisites

To view a bulletin, the system's date and time must be within the given time for the log bulletin duration.

Production Unit

Procedure

1. Select the required production unit from the Overall Equipment Effectiveness navigator. The Production Unit window opens with information for the selected production unit.
2. In the Bulletin area (found in the upper right corner of the window) examine the different bulletins that are active by using the left/right arrows. The corresponding messages are shown in the field available in this area.
3. The validity of a bulletin can be assessed by the specified From and To dates for the bulletin.
4. Click Edit if you want to modify an active bulletin.
