Connect Customer to PM Action

Explanation

Use this activity to connect customer, agreement and sales price to a separate PM action. 

Prerequisites

Before the customer information is connected to the separate PM action, the following must have been completed:

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the customer, service contract, sales part, price, and currency is linked to the PM action. When a work order is created for the PM action, the information is included in the work order.

Procedure

  1. Select the Customer Information tab.
  2. In the Customer No. field, use List of Values to select a suitable value.
  3. In the Contract ID and Line No fields, enter the applicable service contact and service line. Use List of Values to select a suitable value. 
  4. Save the information.
