Create PM Actions

Use this activity to generate the PM Action(s) resulting from the RCM Analysis maintenance decisions taken.

Procedure

  1. Open the Monitor RCM Analysis Receipt window.
  2. Using Search menu (F3), find the RCM Analysis you need to review or action further.
  3. Select the record that requires the creation of PM Actions, use the Right Mouse Button option View/Apply RCM Analysis.
  4. Select the Tab PM Results to view the resulting PM Plan to generate PM Actions. This shows the Equipment on which the PM Action will be generated and the corresponding Failure Mode.
  5. Review or update the PM Site and ensure it corresponds to the required PM Action or WO Site.
  6. Save the information (F12).
  7. Create PM actions for all equipment shown; select focus on view header, use the Right Mouse Button option Create PM Actions.
  8. To create PM Action for single Equipment Right-click Equipment record and then click Create PM Actions
  9. If there is an error, Error Text displays the error information. Correct the error and then Right-click and click Recreate PM Actions to create PM Actions.
