This activity is used to enable whether it should be possible to manually add and remove components (both configurable and not configurable) and operations within the DOP structure. If the top level part is a standard part, the default setting is enabled and if it is a configurable part the default setting is disabled.
To perform this activity, a part must have been entered for the DOP header.
As a result of this activity, it will be possible to manually add and remove components within DOP structures created for the DOP header.
