Set DOP Auto Close

Explanation

Use this activity to specify the settings to automatically close DOP headers and orders.

The site at which the DOP part is to be registered, must have been entered into the system.

The parameter will be set for automatically closing DOP headers and orders at that site.

DOP orders that fulfill the following criteria will be automatically closed:

The values in the Qty Complete and Revised Qty Due fields on the DOP Order/Details tab are equal.
There are no parts left in temporary inventory (Example: If there were parts received from a purchase order that were reserved against a DOP order, the parts would be in temporary inventory).
All parts for the DOP order must be delivered.
All child DOP orders must be closed.

If the DOP order immediately under the DOP header is closed, the DOP header will also be closed.
