Cancel DOP Order Structure

Explanation

Use this activity to cancel a DOP header, its DOP orders and all the supply orders in the DOP structure. It is not possible to cancel a DOP header if it is pegged to a customer order line.

Prerequisites

• The DOP header is not pegged to a customer order line.
• All supply shop orders must have a status of Planned or Released.
• There are no supply purchase orders in the DOP structure.

System Effects

The DOP header, the DOP Orders and the supply orders are canceled.

Procedure

1. In the DOP Header window, query for the DOP ID you want to cancel.
2. Right-cick and click Cancel.
3. A message will appear asking to confirm the cancellation.
4. To cancel the DOP Header and all DOP orders click Yes.
