Firm Schedule Y/N

Explanation

Use this function to update the firm schedule flag for a production schedule line. Firm schedule quantities are seen as supply by the planning system. This value can be updated, if desired, to override the default setting maintained by Master Scheduling and MRP according to the cell's firm horizon.

Prerequisites

A production schedule line must have been defined.

As a result of this activity, the system updates the firm schedule flag for a production schedule line.

Procedure

1. Select the production schedule line for which you want to update the firm schedule flag.
2. Mark or unmark the the check box in the Schedule Firm ? column to update the firm schedule flag.
3. Save.
