Procedure

You can execute CRP either by direct execution (Procedure A) or by scheduling the task to execute as a background job (Procedure B).

Procedure A:

  1. In the Site field, enter the site for which you want to run CRP. Use the List of Values for accessible sites. If you leave the field blank, CRP is run for all the sites to which you have access.
  2. Select the Stop CRP On Error check box, if you want to stop the CRP process when an error occurs.
  3. Select the Include MS Proposed Receipts check box, if you need to include MS created receipts to the current CRP calculation.
  4. Select the Include MRP Requisitions check box, if you need to include MRP requisitions to the current CRP calculation.
  5. Select the Include PMRP Requisitions check box, if you need to include PMRP requisitions to the current CRP calculation.
  6. Select the Include CRP for Labor check box, if you want to calculate the labor load for the selected site.
  7. Select the Recalculate Labor Capacity for Site check box, if you want to calculate the labor capacity for the selected site.
  8. Enter the date which you need to calculate the labor capacity data in the Calculation to Date field.
  9. Click OK.

Note: You do not need to select the check boxes in steps 3,4 and 5, if you have already run MRP, PMRP or MS with the Run Integrated with CRP check box selected. The CRP calculation would have been already done for those requisitions and it would not be required to do the calculation again.

Procedure B:

Click Schedule to open the Create New Task Schedule window. Set the scheduling parameters as desired and save. Scheduled tasks can be seen in Scheduled Database Tasks window.
