This activity is used to print a maintenance order.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, a maintenance order must exist.

As a result of this activity, the maintenance order report is printed.

Procedure

1. Open the Maintenance Order window and search for the necessary maintenance order.
2. Right-click anywhere in the header and then click Maintenance Order - Printout. The the Print Report dialog box opens.
3. Select the preferred printer and adjust the format options as per your requirements.
4. Click Preview if you want to view the maintenance order before printing.
5. Click OK to print the order.

Note: This activity can also be performed from the following windows: Maintenance Order/Order, Maintenance Orders and Tasks Currently Assigned to Orders.
