Reload Operations

Explanation

This activity is used to reload operations for maintenance tasks.

When this activity is performed, the operations are reloaded automatically and you do not have to manually add operations to the maintenance tasks. If any operations have been manually connected to the task by the user, or are no longer defined for the task code, the operations will remain connected to the task. If these operations should not be connected to the task any longer, you need to cancel the operations. This feature is useful when changes have been made to the task library (operations and subtasks) which affect the maintenance order scope.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, a maintenance order in the Under Preparation status must exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, operations on the maintenance task will be updated.
