View Material Requirements

Explanation

This activity is used to view the material required for a maintenance visit.

Prerequisites

• The maintenance order must exist in the Under Preparation status.
• Material requirements must have been defined for the operations or subtasks that are connected to the maintenance order.

Procedure

Follow this procedure to view material requirements for a maintenance order with the Work Order distribution type:

1. Open the Maintenance Order window and search for the necessary maintenance order.
2. Click the Maint. Order Str. tab.
3. Select the required structure item from the graphical maintenance order structure and then click the Material Required sub tab.
4. View the material required for the part.

Follow this procedure to view material requirements for a maintenance order with the Execution Logic Structure distribution type:

1. Open the Maintenance Order window and search for the necessary maintenance order.
2. Click the Exec. Logic tab.
3. Select the required structure item from the graphical maintenance order structure and then click the Material Required sub tab.
4. View the material required for the part.
