This activity is used to create statistics for supplier quality and supplier reliability. The statistics is a snapshot for each of these choices and can be created once a day. In order to retrieve information you have to run Create Statistics option. All purchase order receipts dated before the system date, i.e. today's date (SYSDATE ./. 1) will be retrieved. If Time Offset is set on any site the system will check the maximum negative time offset and compare this with the time the statistics is executed. If the date on all sites is the system date (i.e. today's date), then all purchase order receipts dated before the system date will be retrieved. However if the date on any site is one day prior to the system date (i.e. yesterday), then all purchase order receipts dated two days prior to the system date (SYSDATE ./. 2) will be retrieved.
Purchase orders with necessary information must have been entered.
Statistics will be created for supplier quality and reliability.
