Print Rejection Letter for Agreement Quotation

Explanation

When a quotation has been rejected, you should send a rejection letter to the supplier. If you did not send any rejection letters at the time of rejection, you can use this function to print them later.

Prerequisites

System Effects

The rejection letter is printed and can be sent to the supplier. The letter will be directed to the person who is entered as the supplier contact. If you, for some reason, want to view and/or print the quotation rejection letter again, you can view it in Info Services, Report Archive.

Procedure

Manually print rejection letters.

  1. Select the desired line and choose Print Rejection Letter… from the Operations menu.
  2. Print the rejection letter by clicking OK.
