Explanation
An authorization rule needs to be released before it can be used in
the work flow.
Prerequisites
- An authorization rule must have been entered.
System Effects
- The authorization rule is activated and can be used in the work flow
once
it acquires the Released status.

- Populate or query for the required authorization rule.
- Select Release in the right mouse button menu.
