Update Earliest Unlimited Supply Date

Explanation

This activity is used for updating the earliest unlimited supply date in the inventory part.

Prerequisites

• An inventory part and primary supplier must exist.
• The planned delivery date must be later than the wanted delivery date.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the Earliest Unlimited Supply Date field in the inventory part is updated with the planned receipt day + one workday.

Procedure

1. In the Purchase Order window, click the Part Order Lines tab.
2. Select the required line, right-click and then click Update Earliest Unlimited Supply Date.
3. The Earliest Unlimited Supply Date field in the inventory part is updated with the planned receipt day + one workday.
