You can divide the project into subprojects, which can be organized in a structure, also called Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). The project structure is represented graphically in the Project Navigator window. The activity costs and revenues can be summarized at any level in the structure. A subproject can be divided into activities. The data relevant to subprojects are: subproject ID, description, manager ID, department ID and the relative position in the structure. The subproject can also have a pre-posting.
There are no restrictions on creating subprojects. Sub projects can be created in Sub Projects or Project Navigator/Sub Project.
There are two ways of deleting a subproject:
If you use the remove button, you must first remove the subproject's activities. When the Delete Subproject Structure, right mouse button menu option is used the connected activities will be deleted automatically along with the subproject's structure.
