Connect Document Package to Activity

Explanation

By connecting a document package to an activity, the progress on the document package will be reported to the activity. See Document Package in Document Management for information on how the weighted progress is calculated.

Procedure

  1. Select the activity to which you want to connect the document package, and select the Connections tab.
  2. Click the menu option Connect/ Disconnect Object.
  3. A new window appears. Select the Document Package tab.
  4. Select a document package from the list in the table. (Only document packages that are not already connected to an activity are listed in the table.)
  5. Click OK to save the connection and close the dialog box.
