Connect Document to Activity 

Explanation

Documents registered in IFS Document Management can be connected to activities.

Prerequisites

• The activity must exist.
• IFS Document Management must be installed.

System Effects

• The activity has one or more document connections.
• The document can be accessed from the activity from the Attachments panel.
• The activity is accessible from the document.

Procedure

1. Select the activity.
2. Click the Attachments.
3. The Attachments pane appears. In the Documents, use Attach to insert an existing document, or use New to create a new document. For more details on this, see Document Object Connections.
