Connect Document to Project Demand 

Explanation

Documents registered in IFS Document Management can be connected to miscellaneous demand.

Prerequisites

• The miscellaneous demand must exist.
• IFS Document Management must be installed.

System Effects

• The miscellaneous demand has one or more document connections.
• The document can be accessed from the Misc. Part tab, Misc. No Part tab or Misc. Rental Part tab by using the Attachments panel.
• The miscellaneous demand is accessible from the document.

Procedure

1. Select the miscellaneous demand line.
2. Click the Attachments.
3. The Attachments pane appears. In the Documents, use Attach to insert an existing document, or use New to create a new document. For more details on this, see Document Object Connections.
