Refresh ETC Currency Values

Explanation

When using multicurrency budgeting and forecasting you have a choice of using the same currency rates throughout the period of the forecast or change it if the necessity arises. Once you have changed the currency rates you are able to refresh the existing budgeted/forecasted values of the selected forecast.

Prerequisites

• Multicurrency budgeting and forecasting and/or project currency should be in use.

System Effects

• The values for the base currency B&F rate and project currency types in the forecast will be recalculated with the new rates.

Update ETC Currency Amounts

Procedure

1. Open the Project Forecast window and query for the required forecast version.
2. Right-click on the header and click the Update Currency Amounts menu option.
3. In the Update ETC Currency Values dialog box that appears click the Project Currency check box and/or the Base Currency at B&F Rate check box depending on the currency you require.
4. Click OK.
