Create Punch List

Explanation

This activity is used to create a punch list. Punch lists help you to manage and track unfinished items, defects and check records.

Prerequisites

A plant should be created.

Procedure

  1. Open the Punch List window.
  2. Click New.
  3. In the Punch List ID field, enter a unique identity for the punch list.
  4. In the Description field, enter an informative description of the punch list.
  5. In the Plant field, enter the plant for which the punch list is being created. By default, the User Default Plant is displayed. Use the List of Values to change the plant.  
  6. Optionally, enter values in the Company, Project ID, Completion Group, Completion Owner, Supplier and Note fields. Use the List of Values, where available, to select suitable values. 
  7. Click Save.
