Use this dialog box to indicate the exchange component details to be sent to the supplier in exchange for a new part. It's possible to add an exchange part using this window as long as the part on the order line has not arrived. i.e. if the status of the purchase order is Planned, Released, Confirmed or Stopped. You can delete a record only when the customer order has not been created and you can update a record only if the customer order line has not been reserved.
