Create Analysis for Production Schedule Part

Explanation

Use this activity to create one or more analyses connected to a production schedule. You may want to create more than one analysis to fulfill a particular sample frequency.  For example, if you are producing the parts over a five hour period and want to have a sample frequency  of once per hour, you can create five analyses.

The routing operation number determines whether a specific data point will be included in the created analysis. The routing operation number is defined in Manufacturing Standards/Routings

Prerequisites

This activity requires a connection between an analysis type and one or more objects on the production schedule. An active Control Plan Manufacturing must exist for the part to be manufactured. The Control Plan is created in IFS/Quality Management.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the system transfers the information specified in the dialog box to IFS/Quality Management, where you can process it further by entering the analysis results.
