Usage

Use this tab to define transaction generation schedules to be used by default for newly created rental lines.

The parameters that can be defined are as follows:

Rent Out: If a schedule is defined in this field, this schedule will be used for any newly created customer order rental lines for the company, unless a default transaction generation schedule has been defined for the customer used (which will take precedence).
Rent In/Project Charging: If a schedule is defined in this field, this schedule will be used for any newly created project rental demand lines and for any purchase requisition/purchase order rental lines for the company. Note that when converting a project rental demand line to a purchase requisition and when converting a purchase requisition to a purchase order, the schedule defined on the rental line that is converted will be used rather than the default value on the company.
