Activate Freight Price List

Explanation

This activity is used to activate a freight price list or a direct delivery freight price list.

Prerequisites

This activity has the following prerequisites.

• The price list should have at least one charge line entered. 
• No other active freight price list should exist for the same site for the same ship-via code or no other active direct delivery freight price list should exist for the same supplier for the same ship-via code
• The freight price list should be in the Planned or Closed status.

System Effects

This activity has the following system effects:

• The price list will change to the Active status.
• It will be used for fetching the freight price when entering customer order lines

Procedure

1. Open the Freight Price List or the Direct Delivery Freight Price List window and query for the appropriate record.
2. Right-click on the header and then click Activate.
