Add Customers

Explanation

This activity is used to specify the targeted customers who will participate in the campaign. Customers can be specified manually or added from a customer hierarchy.

Note: If the Valid for All Customers check-box in Campaign/Valid for Customers tab is selected, no customers can be added using this activity. In this case all customers specified in the basic data are able to use the campaign.

Procedure

  1. Open the Campaign window, query for the required campaign and click the Valid for Customers tab.

To enter customers manually:

  1. In the Customer sub tab, click New and enter the customer or select from the List of Values.
  2. Save when all required customers have been entered.

To enter customers from a customer hierarchy:

  1. Right-click in the Valid for Customers/Customer tab, select Add Customers from Customer Hierarchy and the Add Customers from Customer Hierarchy dialog box will open.
  2. Enter the required customer hierarchy and the relevant description will appear.
  3. Click OK.

To enter all customers within a specific customer price group:

  1. In the Customer Price Group sub tab, click New and enter the customer price group or select from the List of Values.
  2. Save when all required customer price groups have been entered.
