Create Customer Order Detail Statistics

Explanation

Detail statistics can be created for backlog of orders, invoiced sales, delivery reliability, and for delivery quality. The statistics is a snapshot for each of these choices and can be created once a day. In order to retrieve information you have to create customer order detail statistics.

Prerequisites

Customer orders with necessary information must have been entered.

Statistics will be created for backlog of orders, invoiced sales, delivery reliability, or delivery quality. This can be used for the follow-up.

Procedure

You can either create customer order detail statistics directly (procedure A), or schedule the task as a background job (procedure B).

A. Create Customer Order Detail Statistics Directly

  1. Open the Create Customer Order Detail Statistics dialog box.
  2. Select a value from the Statistics Type list.
  3. Select the company for which you wish to create detail statistics.

B. Create Customer Order Detail Statistics as a Scheduled Task

  1. Open the Create Customer Order Detail Statistics dialog box.
  2. Click Schedule to open the New Database Task Schedule window. Set the scheduling parameters as desired and save. Scheduled tasks can be seen in Scheduled Database Tasks window
