Enter Standard Prices

Explanation

This activity is used to enter the standard price for a sales part. Both the standard sales price and the standard rental price can be entered. The rental price is entered per day.

System Effects

A standard price will be connected to the sales part, either for sales, renting out or for both. If the company tax regime is VAT and the Use Price Incl Tax check box is selected on the Sales Part/General tab, it is possible to enter values in the Price Incl Tax and Rental Price Incl Tax fields. The price values are calculated using the tax code used for the sales part. The Price and the Rental Price fields are non-editable.

Procedure

1. Open the Sales Part window and query for the required sales part.
2. On the General tab:
   Enter the sales price in the Price field.
   Enter the rental price in the Rental Price field.
3. If the company tax regime is VAT and the Use Price Incl Tax check box is selected, enter values on Price Incl Tax and Rental Price Incl Tax fields.
4. Save your changes.
