Enter Miscellaneous Quotation Information

Explanation

In this tab window, you can enter miscellaneous information associated with a quotation. All information you enter here is optional and includes the following: an External ID, if there is any external reference to the quotation; an Agreement ID, if any customer agreement exists; Region, District and Market to enter regional information; and a Quotation Note, where you can enter notes and comments for future reference.

If the company tax regime is VAT, the price and tax calculations are controlled by the Use Price Incl Tax check box. The default value of the check box is fetched from the customer for normal quotations and from the site for prospect customers. The value can be changed before saving, if necessary.

Prerequisites

• The sales quotation header must have been entered and saved.

System Effects

As a result of this entry, additional information is added to the sales quotation.

Procedure

1. Populate or query for the quotation in question. Then select the Misc Quotation Info tab.
2. Enter the information you want to add to the quotation.
3. Save.
