Remove Invalid Freight Prices

Explanation

This activity is used to remove invalid prices from a freight price list or a direct delivery freight price list. 

Prerequisites

• Charge lines should exist in the price list, having a valid-from-date earlier than the date specified in this activity.

System Effects

• Old or invalid prices will be removed from the price list.

Procedure

1. Open the Freight Price List or the Direct Delivery Freight Price List window and query for the required price list.
2. Right-click on the header and then select Remove Invalid Prices and the Remove Invalid Freight Prices dialog box will open.
3. Specify a required date and all charge lines having a valid-from-date earlier than that will be considered as invalid.
4. Click OK.
