Use this tab to define the resource types that are valid for a company. For
each resource type you can define scheduling parameters such as the start and
end locations for a resource, travel parameters, travel profile, resource type
utilization, overtime and snap time per shift and scheduling costs for activities such
as work, overtime work and travel. Active flag can be used to disable or enable
a resource type. Only resource types that are active can be used on active
resources . A
resource type is required to be entered when setting up employees as scheduling
resources. The resources are defined in the Basic Data for
Scheduling/Resource tab.
