Use this tab to define activity types for Scheduling. The work types defined in IFS/General Data for Maintenance will be used as activity types. The default duration for work orders with this work type, the scheduling value per hour for the activity, the buffer time and the default duration for the primary and/or secondary scheduling types can be defined for each activity type.
When the Appointment Booking option is used in a work order, it is mandatory that an Availability is connected to the work type so that the defaults are taken when the Appointment Booking dialog is opened. The Availabilities defined in the Basic data for scheduling\Appointment\Availability can only be used via List of Values.
