Define User Access to a Workshop
Explanation
This activity is used to define workshop access for your
user ID. You can only distribute tasks to the workshops that have been assigned
to you. Therefore, you need to have a minimum of one workshop assigned to you to
be able to distribute tasks.
The Is User Allowed Site check box will be
selected, if you belong to the site connected to the chosen workshop.
Prerequisites
- Users need to be defined.
- Workshop codes need to be defined in the
Serial
Basic Data/Workshop tab.
System Effects
- One or more workshops are assigned to the user and
he/she can distribute tasks to these workshops.
- If a default workshop is assigned to your user ID,
the corresponding workshop code is automatically suggested when you
distribute a task.
