Cancel Service Quotation

Explanation

This activity is used to cancel a service quotation.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, a service quotation must exist in the New or Under Preparation status.

System Effects

• The service quotation receives the Cancelled status.
• The maintenance orders and/or maintenance tasks connected to the service quotation will be disconnected from the service quotation.

1. Open the Service Quotation window and query for the service quotation.
2. Right-click, point to Status and click Cancel.
