Create Quotation for Service Contract

Explanation

This activity is used to create a quotations for service contract.

Prerequisites

• The service quotation must be in the Under Preparation status.
• Basic data related to service contract should be defined.

As a result of this activity, the service quotation is created to service contract.

Procedure

1. Open the Service Quotation window and query for the service quotation.
2. Click Service Contract tab and add new record (F5).
3. Enter a unique identity for the service contract in the Contract ID field. You may also leave the field empty if you prefer the system to automatically assign an identity when creating the contract at the acceptance of the quotation.
4. Enter the description of the service contract in the Contract Name field.
5. Optionally, information related to Contract Period, Price Unit, Invoice Rule, Periodic Invoicing and Revaluation.
6. Save (F12).
