Enter Execution Information

Explanation

Use this activity to enter execution details that will be inherited by the work orders created to the service line.

Prerequisites

• Maintenance organizations should be defined in IFS/Basic Data for Maintenance.
• Standard jobs should be defined and set to Active in IFS/Preventive Maintenance.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, execution data of the service line will be visible in quotation state of the service contract.

Procedure

1. Open the Service Quotation window and query for a record (F3).
2. Click Services sub tab in Service Contract tab and select a service line.
3. Click Execution tab and add new record (F5).
4. Enter Standard Job ID using List of Values (F8).
5. Optionally, Enter a value for Maintenance Organization.
6. Save the information (F12).
7. If required, enter more standard jobs repeating steps 3 to 6. Note: When adding more standard jobs, the maintenance organization value should not be entered as it is enough to mention it in one record only.
