Use this window and its tabs to enter and revise shop orders. Click Visualization View to view and take actions on the data in a diagrammatic form.
For the description of each tab in the window, follow the appropriate link: Detail, Material, Operation, Operation Tools, Tracking, By-Product, By-Product Cost Distribution, Shop Order Splits, MRB, Lots/Batches, Multilevel Repair Structure, Salvage Part, History. Depending on which components you have installed, you may also see DOP Info and Control Plan.

Note: If you are updating either the earliest start date or the need date on a shop order without operations, the change does not affect the start or finish dates. This could cause problems in DOP Alarm or other functionality in which checks are sometimes performed against the finish date.
For shop orders, only part ownership values of Company Owned and Customer Owned are allowed at the header level. Shop order material also allows Supplier Loaned part ownership.
If you are updating either the structure revision and/or alternative or the routing revision and/or alternative of a configured part, the details of the materials and the operations will be updated according to the latest revision you have created.
