Use this assistant to partially accept a service quotation. This assistant consists of three steps.
Use the Record Partial Quotation Acceptance step to enter an acceptance/rejection note.
Use the Select Maintenance Orders and Tasks that are rejected step to select the maintenance orders and tasks that are rejected from the service quotation. All maintenance orders and associated tasks are displayed and you can reject them by selecting the Reject Task check box for the corresponding order/task. To reject an entire maintenance order, all associated tasks must be rejected.
Use the Finish and Print Order Acknowledgement step to finish rejecting maintenance tasks/orders and to print the order acknowledgement letter.
