Add Sub Contract Deduction
Explanation
This activity is used to add a deduction to the sub contract. Sub contract deductions are user-definable deductions that will affect the financial
aspect of the sub contract. For example, in the United Kingdom there is a deduction called CITB (Construction Industry
Training Board) levy where members pay a percentage of revenue to this
organization.
Prerequisites
- A sub contract must exist.
- The deduction type must have been defined.

- Deductions are added to the sub contract.

Procedure
- Open the
Sub Contract window and query (F3) for the
necessary sub contract.
- Click the
Deduction tab and create a new record (F5).
- In the Type field, enter the deduction type. Use the List of
Values to select from all deduction types defined in the
Sub Contract Basic Data/Deduction Type tab.
- Save the information (F12).
- Repeat these steps for all deduction that are to be entered.
