Add Sub Contract Deduction

Explanation

This activity is used to add a deduction to the sub contract. Sub contract deductions are user-definable deductions that will affect the financial aspect of the sub contract. For example, in the United Kingdom there is a deduction called CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) levy where members pay a percentage of revenue to this organization.

Procedure

  1. Open the Sub Contract window and query (F3) for the necessary sub contract.
  2. Click the Deduction tab and create a new record (F5).
  3. In the Type field, enter the deduction type. Use the List of Values to select from all deduction types defined in the Sub Contract Basic Data/Deduction Type tab.
  4. Save the information (F12).
  5. Repeat these steps for all deduction that are to be entered.
