Connect Document to Sub Contract

Explanation

This activity is used to connect a document to the sub contract. Once a Request For Quotation (RFQ) has been created, it should be connected to the sub contract.

This feature allows you to easily locate the document whenever there is a need to verify any information, and can be used for any documents you wish to connect to the sub contract.

Procedure

  1. Open the Sub Contract window and query (F3) for the necessary sub contract.
  2. To attach a document, click Attachments on the task pane.
  3. Follow the steps as detailed in the activity Create New Document Title and Revision.
