Create Work Instruction Type

Explanation

This activity is used to create work instruction types. Work instruction types can be used to group similar work instructions together. Note: It is not required to connect a work instruction type to a work instruction.

Procedure

1. Open the Sub Contract Basic Data window.
2. Click the Work Instruction Type tab and create a new record (F5).
3. In the Type field, enter the work instruction type.
4. In the Description field, enter the description of the work instruction type.
5. Save the information (F12).
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 for each work instruction type to be created.
