Monitor Sub Contract

Explanation

This activity is used to monitor a sub contract. Throughout the lifecycle of a sub contract, it is necessary to monitor various aspects of the sub contract. You can monitor the following aspects of the sub contracts:

• The sub contract itself - to view the progress of the contract in general.
• The revision line items on the sub contract -  to view all sub contracts and their relevant revisions, lines and items.
• The line item cumulative changes on the sub contract - to view the complete cumulative changes on the key values against the invitation to tender and sub contract baselines.
• The value summary of the sub contract - to view the total contract value distribution among the different currencies.
• The call off values on the sub contract - to view call off values according to the connected project activities.

Prerequisites

A sub contract must exist.
