Delete Sub Contract Line

Explanation

This activity is used to delete a sub contract line. It is not allowed to delete a sub contract line as long as items exist for that line. If a contract line is to be deleted, the sub contract revision must be in the Planned status, and all items on that line must have been manually removed first. For details on how to remove a sub contract line item, refer the activity Delete Sub Contract Line Item.

Prerequisites

• The sub contract revision must be in the Planned status.
• The sub contract revision must not be Frozen.
• No sub contract revision line items must exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the sub contract line is deleted.

Procedure

1. Open the Sub Contract window and query (F3) for the necessary sub contract.
2. Click the Items tab and then click the Lines/Items sub tab.
3. Select the line to delete.
4. Click Delete on the toolbar.
5. Save the changes (F12).
